About YOUR Voice

Your voice/your own sound is created by a flesh and blood instrument.  A device that is capable of creating sound and thus, vibrations. Singing, like anything else (the way you dress, wear your hair, draw, paint, etc.) is an expression of your soul and who you are.  Your voice is is your experience in life sent out in vibrations or sound waves.
 

Your Body is Your Instrument

Yes it is.  How would you care for a guitar, piano, car or machine that you are using?  Hopefully with great care. The same goes for your body instrument.  Respect and care for your it.  It is where you live and is capable of the most wondrous things.  Feed it a healthy diet, drink adequate amounts of fluids, and keep it limber with a good exercise routine that you've approved with your doctor.
